For a more successful Bioenergy project implementation in urban areas several non-technical constraints have to be overcome. These are especially economic, financial, socio-economic and legal aspects as well as information deficits.
It is the aim of the EU-Project "Bioenergy Promotion - BioProm" to analyse and assess the different non-technical barriers and to provide solutions and best-practice examples which have overcome those barriers. Five different EU regions are involved in this project: Rhône-Alpes region (France), Slovenia region (Slovenia), Catalunya region (Spain), Upper Austria (Austria) and Stuttgart region (Germany).
As an important first step a › questionnaire has been elaborated to ask companies, persons and institutions involved in Bioenergy projects in urban areas. With the help of your personal point of view and experience the importance of the various barriers will be analysed and assessed. The results will form the basis for a more specified elaboration of the various barriers and for the development of solutions for a more successful implementation of Bioenergy in urban areas.
Thus we would very appreciate if you could support this project and fill in this questionnaire and send it back by mail to the following address. In case of any questions regarding the project or questionnaire please do not hesitate to contact us using the same address:
Please note that the questionnaire only refers to one kind of biomass. Thus, please fill out the questionnaire for one specific kind of Bioenergy project classification such as: Pellets, Biomass/Wood-chips, Biogas, Biofuels.
For the case you want to stay informed about the project and get involved in Bioenergy project activities please fill in the list of address at the end of the questionnaire. Thank you very much for your support!
